Before you join
Time in the chair with your artist. Design consultations and stencil work are included at no extra hour cost.
Unused hours carry into the next month. Your total available hours are capped at three months of your tier's allowance, so a Line member can bank up to 3h, Shade up to 7.5h and Masterpiece up to 15h.
Extra time is billed at the studio's hourly rate with your member discount: 10%, 15% or 20% depending on your tier.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current period.
No. Cancelling an upcoming booking returns its hours to your balance right away.
